This is our role as project manager and comprehensive service provider.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition to our internal skills, we are constantly monitoring networks (professional trades associations and clusters:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bonnavion.fr\/savoir-faire\/partenaires\/\">see our networks<\/a>) to find the right partner for each operation and to ensure that timescales and budgets are respected.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0PROJECT AND DOCUMENTARY MANAGEMENT<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Documentary management,<\/li>\n<li>LOFC (French acronym for \u2018list of production and control operations\u2019),<\/li>\n<li>LDA (French acronym for \u2018list of applicable documents\u2019),<\/li>\n<li>Procedures, staging points, notification points,<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling using MS Project,<\/li>\n<li>Quality files,<\/li>\n<li>Controlling and monitoring suppliersdouble back-up (internal and external) of digital data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>LEADING THE SUPPLY CHAIN:<\/h2>\n<p>Our team consists of four project managers.
